Qualifications:Law Degree (Minimum 2:1) Graduate or 1/2 yrs work experience
*Assisting in the drafting, processing and preparation of trust deed and rules and members explanatory documentation in relation to both defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes.
*Monitoring of pension schemes to ensure compliance and legislative deadlines are met in line with obligations and duties of professional trustees.
*Assisting in the reporting of these obligations to regular in-house compliance forums.
*Research and interpretation of pension, trust and employment and family law.
Special Abilities Required:
*Attention to detail and accuracy particularly when meeting deadlines.
*Excellent written English and drafting skills.
*Good communication skills, oral and written, and aptitude to integrate into an organisation with diversified levels and areas of expertise, legal and otherwise.
*Bright, confident multi-tasker with a good work ethic and excellent organisational skills.
Internship or other work experience in a law firm or legal role will be an advantage.
