Sales & Project Administrator
Processing sales orders and providing quotations
Dealing with customers via phone and email
Liaising with both internal and external teams
Supporting the project team
Complete all uploads of documentation within client requirements
Creating company presentations and proposals
Assisting with general administration tasks and being able to change course depending on the priorities of the day
We're looking for someone who has worked in a similar environment. The type of role you might have worked in could be: Sales Administrator, Sales/Project Coordinator, Office Administrator. You'll need to be outgoing and friendly, with a great telephone manner that projects a positive impression of the company to any clients who call in and confident using bespoke and well know Microsoft packages.
