Company Secretarial Assistant
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Company Secretarial Assistant based in Dublin 2.
*Work in conjunction with the Company Secretary to manage and respond to queries.
*Provide administrative back up and support to the Company Secretary
*Implement and maintain efficient & effective administrative systems.
*Raise and prepare purchase orders.
*Develop/maintain effective information systems, ensuring all information is stored and organised appropriately.
*Manage the complaints inbox and in partnership with the Company Secretary, handle complaints received.
*Compile relevant documents for the Company Secretary to review
*Co-ordinate the efficient and effective dissemination of information and documentation
*Provide administrative support in relation to training sessions carried out by the Company Secretary.
*Liaise with the various directorates on the Company Secretary's behalf on various matters.
*Support the Company Secretary on ad hoc governance based projects
Required Experience and Personal Attributes:
*Relevant third level qualification in law/business/corporate governance.
*Masters in Management and Corporate Governance (ICSA qualification) is particularly desirable.
*Strong organisational skills
*1 - 2 years experience, in a similar role, with strong writing and verbal communication skills.
*Ability to work in a busy environment while managing changing and competing demands and priorities.
*Experience in dealing with customers and providing a professional service.
*Ability to organise and manage events/training/meetings.
*Computer literacy in Microsoft Office - intermediate/advance in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
* Knowledge of SharePoint desirable.
