This role will entail managing and maintaining a learning management system to ensure all compliance needs and data accuracy is met.
To implement, manage and maintain the Learning Management System for a large multi-national pharmaceutical company.
Support Learning & Development Function in managing, planning and executing training though the LMS
Creating, assigning and tracking training through Curricula/Job roles.
Site Knowledge / System SME
Supporting the LMS user community (colleagues, managers, trainers, LMS Admins etc.)
Working with global counterparts and IT/Documentation personnel on a continuous basis to provide support for clean-up's, upgrades, selecting new providers, and migration to new systems, interfaces and implementing solutions/fixes for non-compatible systems.
Assists in analysing data and recommending solutions to utilise the LMS to deliver, track training and measure performance to meet organisational objectives.
Maintain local training forms & documentation in lines with audit requirements.
Drive training documentation compliance with LMS
Provide audit support
Similar experience in LMS/training/systems
Excellent presentation and organisation skills
Proven ability to multitask, problem solve, manage work time, prioritise effectively and work on own initiative or as part of a team
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
