Finance Administrator - Dublin 2
Location: Dublin 2
We are currently for an Administration role based with our client based in Dublin City.
To assist in the management of construction of commercial and residential properties in terms of procurement & administration.
Enquiries for general materials, purchasing, etc.
Placing orders with agreed suppliers, providing approved list to site clerk / site manager
Liaising with site management on supplier requirements
Update product data register and liaise with Architect/Engineer for approval of materials.
Checking supplier delivery dockets on rates and advise for final approval on payment list agreed with Senior manager.
Ensure the coding is accurate for internal reporting.
Maintain monthly reports on material purchases, maintain and update database.
Maintain monthly reports
Management of plant hire, hire/off hire.
