Order Process Warehouse Admin
A very busy exporting company, based in Togher are looking to recruit a Order Processor and Warehouse Administrator, this is a full time 9month contract.
This role will be working as an Administrator for our busy office and warehouse
The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. Attention to detail is an aspect of the job and working to a deadline.
*Must be organised and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
*Must be customer focused
*Strong PC Skills including Word and Excel
*Minimum 2 years relevant experience
*Previous office-based experience - essential
*Able to work off own initiative, while also part of a team
*Excellent communication and people skills required
*Good English, School German or French an advantage
Role & Responsibilities:
*Sales Order Processing, receiving sales orders by email and inputting of same onto system Approx. up to 50 per day
*Invoicing goods on dispatch
*Preparing paperwork for freight collections
*Incoming customer call handling
*Addressing customer and internal queries
*Handling customer complaints
*Processing customer returns
*Update pricing records and master data if required
*Provide administrative support to the team and management
*Liaise with various teams / departments as required
*Management of correspondence as required
*Call and query management
*Administration support for sales team
*Meet and greet Clients
*Manage incoming and outgoing post
*Operates phones, managing and screening all incoming call in a professional efficient and friendly manner
*Data entry and data management
*Provide general and ad hoc administrative support as required
To work alongside the Warehouse Manager on a daily basis
*Planning daily orders for dispatch
*Planning forward orders for packing
*Updating system with incoming stock dates
*Delegating Sales orders planned
*Help plan staff schedules for containers
*Assist in warehouse duties, which could include packing of orders and assist production if required.
*To provide the first point of contact for haulage drivers arriving at site delivering or collecting goods from the warehouse.
*Ensure that all administration functions are completed correctly using the correct documentation
*Ensure all releases and collections are scheduled in conjunction with the warehouse management team.
*Liaise with customers by email or phone, addressing queries in a timely manner.
*Ensure that all documentation is filed in a timely and accurate manner.
*Be conversant with and operate at all times within the current Health and Safety legislation, local departmental procedures, Policies and Procedures and assist in their implementation and monitoring of same.
*Experience in managing people and Microsoft office, Excel/Word.
*Proven ability to plan, organise and co-ordinate activities in a fast-moving working environment that is customer focused.
*Assertive communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
*Demonstrated success in working with and building relationships within a cross functional team.
*A highly motivated individual.
*Ability to work collaboratively with managers at all levels
