Talent Development Events Manager Cork Contract 6-12 Months. My client a global leader in their market is in urgent need of a talented and experienced Talent Development Events Manager to join their group on a contract basis. This is a maternity leave cover contract and will be 6-12 months (could extend and lead to more).
The Products & Operations Talent Development Specialist is responsible for successful delivery of talent development and engagement events. This role has primary responsibility for delivering events locally and regionally as needed, ensuring a consistent and high quality experience for participants. The successful candidate will support global process alignment across programs and work as a member of a team representing key sites in every region. Events delivered by this team span new hire orientation programs, new graduate development programs, top talent programs, leadership development and other talent related events. These events require interacting with local leaders at all levels who speak at events, and with participants. This role is part of an organisation supporting talent development for over 22,000 team members around the globe. Key Responsibilities Successful delivery of multiple events at local site and regional sites as appropriate, success measured by program participation level, feedback surveys and NPS scores. You will be required to effectively leveraging prior program participants and other local volunteers as needed to support delivery. You will be working with local team to ensure events have all logistics covered, which may include: facilities or venue; food; audio-visual equipment; content readiness; leadership/speaker readiness; invites and feedback surveys. You will be working collaboratively with a global team to ensure global process, consistency and high quality.
Successful candidates will have experience in providing reporting as needed on key and shadow metrics to ensure programs meet and exceed internal customer expectations. Essential Requirements include Bachelor's degree and 8+ years relevant experience, or Master's degree and 4+ years of commercial experience. You will be able to demonstrate track record of expert stakeholder management. You will have expert program management skills and Proven ability to work successfully with leaders at every level of the organisation. You will have experience facilitating events . You will have an ability to effectively develop and maintain working relationships across all regions o Strong skills with MS Office Suite required. Powerpoint & Excel are critical skills
