We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an Administrator / PA based in Dublin City Centre
-Provide administration support
-Complete monthly reports
-Set up meetings
-Deal with customer service queries
-Any ad hoc duties as required
Required Experience and Personal Attributes:
-Previous office experience
-Ability to meet deadlines
-Excellent organisational skills including the ability to prioritise
-Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with a high level of discretion.
-A proven track record of working in a team environment
-Excellent attention to detail.
-Previous PA experience would be an advantage.
