We are seeking an experienced HR Systems Analyst to join the team for a 6 month project. The analyst will help maintain the integrity of our data and produce accurate and timely reports on data processes.

The Expertise We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is desirable.
2+ years in a similar data and process analysis role.
Great communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong data and analytical skills.
Experience in developing process improvements.

The Purpose of Your Role

The focus of this role is to provide quantifiable HR metrics and reporting, management of the HR systems data, while maintaining a focus on streamlining and automating current reporting processes.

The Skills You Bring

Working knowledge of HR Information systems (Workday, Taleo) Advanced experience and strong knowledge of MS Excel functions.
Experience in Tableau and / or Salesforce an advantage.
Strong hands-on experience of data analysis.
Self-starter and ability to work independently or with a team is crucial.
Ability to evaluate, analyze and combine multiple sets of data.
Ability to work with a minimal set of requirements.
Strong attention to detail.

The Value You Deliver

Contribute toward the operational efficiency of the HR team, to achieve solutions and improvements in all process / tasks.
Responsible for processing and managing HR transactions and data input, working with our global HR transactions team.
Identifying, navigating, researching and troubleshooting transactional processes related to multiple HR based applications and associated systems.
Partnering with our strategy planning office to generate monthly / quarterly reports and dashboards.
Provide ad-hoc reports with data insights to support the HR Team and other business functions.
Establish working network with the data analyst community to share best practice.
Observe data flows and identify process improvement opportunities.
Monitor project dashboard for data quality issues.
Provide HR admin support to the business and HR Team
