Job Description
You will be joining a FX/Derivative technology group in Global Markets Operations Technology (GMOT) as an IT Programme Manager. They have moved from traditional application aligned software delivery methods to highly agile cross functional and component teams. You will be a key figure within the Global team working directly with teams in Dublin, London, US and India.
Chair and co-ordinate planning sessions with global teams.
Represent project and program status to the overall steering group.
As the successful applicant you will be responsible for driving a program to achieve a successful outcome to the Brexit changes required in our group as part of the overall Brexit initiative in the bank.


Have exceptional organisational, multitasking and people skills - desirable to have experience working with remote teams.
Keen attention to detail and strong sense of ownership and accountability for work.
Ability to work with PMO groups in Dublin and London.
Financial Services experience in back office operations desirable (e.g. settlements, transaction processing) Appreciation of Scrum, Agile and Lean principles
Must be a self-starter and have the ability to work with little to no supervision
