You will be part of an entrepreneurial expense development team who is responsible for the design and development of enhancements of this key service. The role requires you to work internally within the Ireland scrum team and externally with our business partner based in the US.

The expenses team contributes to the Fund Accounting group's pricing of funds. Our client embarked on a project to remove manual processes and streamline workflows for the business. This is done by delivering high quality code and solutions with consideration for the future maintainability of the application.

The Expertise We're Looking For

-BS or MS Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
-Minimum 7+ year's hands-on experience in SQL & PL/SQL.
-Strong knowledge of the inner workings of relational databases (Oracle).
-Hands on experience with PL/SQL performance tuning.
-Practical data modelling experience.
-ETL experience
-Familiarity with any of the following although not essential would be an advantage: Unix Scripting, Perl, Control-M, Java, web services, fitnesse

-An understanding of financial services.
-Demonstrated skills and knowledge of the use of continuous integration tools, practices and test automation tools.
