Completion of PE-determined account visits as per the daily Journey Plan
Build strong trading relationships within all Accounts
Comprehensive knowledge of your territory
Distribution of Company's Brands within all Accounts
The number one sales priority will be to ensure that you have the right range on the right shelf at the right price for our key brands across your region.
Manage, expand and develop the customer call file across the region
Introducing New Products not already listed within all accounts
Maximising facings within all key areas in store
Placement and management of coolers and stands
Display building during key trading periods for all brands
Placement of PO'S material in appropriate accounts
Developing and processing of transfer orders & pre-sells
Completion of DRIVE in 100% of calls
Completion of brand audits in 100% of calls
Reporting any competitor activity deemed relevant
The achievement of pre-determined quarterly objectives


Min 2 -3 year's experience in a business environment.
Experience in customer service environment
Demonstrated experience in sales and ability to meet targets
Experience of new business development and set up


Good interpersonal skills
Strong analytically and numeracy skills
Demonstrated experience in relationship management and strong customer focus
Dynamic & dedicated with proven levels of high conformance & performance
Positive, Can Do attitude & ability to work as part of a team
Computer Literate including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite
Demonstrated ability to work positively work in a changing environment
Previous experience of CRM system would be an advantage but not essential.
