Junior Business Administrator
Administration of portfolios for existing and new clients. This includes Pre-Retirement Pensions, Protection, Investments and Post Retirement Portfolios.
Liaising with clients regarding administration queries on their portfolio.
Liaising with advisors to ensure that all aspects of the client file are in line with all compliance requirements.
Required Experience and Personal Attributes:
Degree in Finance or Business preferable
Interest in business and finance
Previous experience in office Administration, Secretarial or Retail experience
Microsoft Word & Excel & Outlook
Keen attention to detail
Ability to prioritise own workload
