Key accountabilities for our roles include:
-Managing a portfolio of supplier clients, with overall responsibility for delivering revenue growth across this portfolio
-Regularly contacting and building relationships with your clients, in order to understand their service requirements and build a solution that suits them
-Forecasting revenue, maintaining new business pipelines and tracking renewal revenue
Supporting retailer eCommerce launches & projects through range management, ensuring that products are live ready for launch
-Working with your Customer service counterparts to deliver consistently good levels of service
-Representing the company at client meetings and industry events as required
To succeed in this role you will need:
-Proven track record of managing revenue targets, with a strong desire to consistently overachieve against both personal targets and objectives
-Proven ability to build strong client relationships and develop accounts
-Highly organised, driven, good time management skills and a logical approach, able to prioritise workload, good attention to detail.
-General interest in FMCG and specifically the eCommerce industry
-Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, presentation & networking
-Professionally presented, articulate and a confident communicator at all levels
