On behalf of our client we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to promote their new products within the Cellular/Mobile phone market.

This is a client facing role covering Ireland with occasion visits to the UK office.

Ideal candidates will have a record of building business with Network Operators, Distributors and/or Retailers.

Primary Purpose of this Job:
Lead and manage all elements of the relationship with the customer and implement business strategy to deliver Manufacturer's objectives around all of their mobile phone product group solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Define overall sales strategy and plans for products;
Identify, quantify and recommend sales and marketing actions to address new business opportunities consistent with the overall company strategy;
Deliver company commercial and product targets;
Help develop, maintain and grow key customer relationships to help deliver key target;
Oversee all product, commercial, marketing, financial, legal, supply chain and post sales activities within the account;
Help support the sell in of Company solutions, achieving and exceeding challenging sales targets;
Develop, maintain and enhance relationships across all levels, to include formal and informal meetings, HQ Visits, Trade exhibitions, business dinners and hospitality;
Create account sales plans, which identify, quantify and recommend sales and marketing actions to address new business opportunities consistent with the overall company strategy within;
Develop and deliver formal business proposals and presentations to customer to expand the sales of Company solutions;
Provide weekly reports and regular account reviews to senior management and present account updates at formal internal meetings/workshops;
Occasional requirement to temporarily care-take another accounts;
Develop sales opportunities based on Company's unique end-to-end capability;
Collect and analyse all marketing information;
Identify key customer requirements and coordinate with Product Management and R&D to ensure the smooth implementation of requirements with the product solutions;
Create and present customer proposals and quotations;
Create co-operative business plans and help to define new business models and support product features;
Create Sales Account plans which will identify, quantify, and recommend Sales action plans to address new business opportunities consistent with overall company strategy.

Work experience

Experience in an AM role in a telecom company;
Experience with most major telecom providers;
Experience with end to end processes;
Excellent account management skills and experience;
Experience with creating own commercial and technical sales material.

Professional Knowledge & Skills
Understanding of home device market, customers, competitors and products
Executive level relationships with UK service providers
Some knowledge of end to end network
Sound oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent presentation skills and confidence to present to large customer audiences
Excel & PowerPoint skills essential
Good English Language skills essential
Chinese Language skills desireable
