Digital Marketing Executive
*Develop and execute digital B2C and B2B strategies to support integrated campaigns, new product launches and always on objectives.
*Manage and execute PPC, Search and Community Management.
*Develop and lead daily publishing on all social platforms and community management activities at scale including the creation and maintenance of a digital editorial calendar, using Smartsheet or Wrike, that supports long-term, campaign-specific, event and opportunistic priorities.
*Work with our Regional Brand Manager Ireland and other key stakeholders to identify ways that digital and social media can support the company and campaign objectives.
*Develop highly engaging content that will resonate our target consumer.
*Design and create compelling graphics and interactive digital content for social channels, such as photos, video, live-feeds and animated graphics.
*Develop and execute engaging content for our blog ensuring it continues to be a destination of inspiration for customers.
*Identify clear audience strategies to evolve and grow our customer base.
*Manage social spend and budget, as well as consistently measuring effectiveness and campaign results across all digital channels.
*Provide timely reporting of KPIs and analytical understanding of campaign results and insights with actionable suggestions on a regular basis.
*Measure impact of campaigns by tracking best practices and gathering metrics and reporting on brand awareness, audience and engagement growth
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
*2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a solid understanding and passion for social.
*Strong working knowledge of social platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Pinterest etc and experience reporting, monitoring and tracking effectiveness.
*Experience in display advertising and search marketing
*A proven track record of building brands across social platforms.
*Knowledge and experience working with both creative and marketing teams
*Ability to develop effective and compelling social media copy and visual assets to drive engagement and conversion.
*Working knowledge of and experience with Canva (or similar) to edit social graphics.
*Experience creating and editing graphics.
*Experience taking and composing candid photos for social.
*Experience creating and editing videos is a plus.
*Expert knowledge of content platform current best practices, technologies and creative standards.
*Ownership and accountability, with a dedication for continuous improvement.
