Key Account Manager
The Key Account Manager aspect is responsible for the sales, gross profit and commercial partnership of key accounts. The role is responsible for sales of all selected Exertis categories and commercial integration activities between Exertis and the accounts optimising value for both Exertis and the account. The role will also be expected to give structured feedback and conclusions from customers to the Head of Commercial Operations and Consumer Director and shape applicable actions plans.
Ultimately, the role will have end-to-end commercial and account responsibility with the key accounts ensuring a wide breadth of cross selling with an expectation of significantly increased GP growth.
* Maintains and develops the relationships with key accounts maximizing G.P., Revenue and Product Mix, as well as identifying and driving new business opportunities;
* Gives structured feedback and conclusions from customers which are relevant for the future;
* Commercially end-responsible for the partnership with the key accounts developing cross selling activities;
* Executes margin and pricing policies, "protects" the brand, support innovative products / services and strengthens customer relationship;
