Currently seeking Experiences legal secretaries for the litigation department in a number of Areas Limerick, Shannon and Ennis.


Duties Include:
*A variety of secretarial and administrative duties
*Audio Typing/transcribing
*Control of correspondence
*Support to fee earners in client calls & scheduling appointments
*Scanning & filing post
*Maintaining solicitors diary and follow up systems
*Billing, requisitioning, recording time etc.
*Dealing with telephone calls in a courteous & efficient manner

Requirements
*A minimum of 12 months legal & litigation secretary experience in Ireland
*Typing speeds of 60 wpm minimum
*Strong IT skills - Microsoft Office, Case Management, Word. Familiarity with Partner for Windows Case Management System would be a distinct advantage
*Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
*Have a strong work ethic and be flexible
*Professional and friendly demeanour
*Be well organised and have the ability to communicate on a professional level with colleagues, solicitors and clients
*Have a high level of attention to detail in reviewing documents and correspondence
*Have the ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team
