*Co-coordinating with the Events Manager with incoming function queries
*Answer general staff queries
*Updating rates and availability on company websites
*Training and induction of new staff
*Meeting & greeting

*Booking taxis and couriers
*Proven Reception Experience
*Experience working in the hospitality industry is essential
*Self-starter who can work independently but also lead a team.

*Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
*Well organised and have a sense of urgency
