Adecco in partnership with our client are now recruiting a customs/logistics administrator. This is initially for a 6-month fixed term contract.
***Please note own transport is essential for this role due to location and hours***
The purpose of this role will be to provide an administrative service for customs, logistics, transport and wider teams providing a link between functions.
Key duties will involve:
Managing the necessary documentation and online input for the efficient, cost effective and timely execution of all administrative tasks
Providing admin support to customs, logistics and systems
Data inputting / quality spreadsheets
Issuing collection notes and arranging customer uplifts
Updating run monitoring reports
Answering the phone
The successful applicant will need to have a admin background with excellent attention to detail. You will be task orientated and be good at juggling tasks and prioritising. Experience working in a logistics / industrial environment would be a distinct advantage.
