QA Manager Bank Contract Dublin 6-12 Months. My client a leading global name is in urgent need of a talented and experienced QA Manager to join their group on a contract basis.
My client is seeking a talented QA Manager with a proven track record in software delivery in business critical applications. As a member of a highly collaborative and dynamic project team, you will be responsible for directing and managing the full project life-cycle and leading initiatives for continuous improvement of quality frameworks and procedures. As the QA Manager you will be responsible for Coordination and tracking of all projects in scope. You will Ensure that QA Strategies for projects are appropriate for the level of change based on risk and complexity. You will Lead, develop and manage QA Leads whilst developing a positive working environment where staff are actively engaged, appropriately challenged and fully supported. You will ensure new staff are trained in Standards as part of On-boarding and Track, monitor and manage all QA Risks & Issues for the projects. You will be directly accountable for all QA Activities within the projects. You will be the main escalation point for QA leads for issues which cannot be resolved within project/scrum team, providing coaching and motivation for staff to ensure they are equipped with the skills needed to fulfil their job role and achieve business goals. You will be Accountable for all phases of testing - SIT, UAT, Performance, Non Functional, Automation covering; and be highly collaborative and dynamic project team, you will be responsible for directing and managing the full project life-cycle and leading initiatives for continuous improvement of quality frameworks and procedures.
Successful candidates will have proven experience of delivering business critical applications in a dynamic environment; You will have the ability to influence decision making and direction, takes time to establish underlying needs of client beyond those initially expressed. You will have experience of introducing new concepts or strategies that significantly improve or revise the way business is done through to implementation. You will have Experience reporting to senior management, You will have Experience working in Agile environment - Agile Scrum, TDD/BDD.
