Sales Account Manager
The role of the Account Manager is to develop long-term relationships with an existing portfolio of clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
*Manage relationships for a selection of key clients, while gathering insights to contribute to our overall client relationship management strategy
*Generate Sales by Championing our Managed Services and Technology offerings to maintain and positively impact on the customer's IT services goals
*Act as a point of contact and handle customer's individual needs.
*Negotiate client renewals, ensuring any new commercial and contractual terms recognise both long-standing successful client relationships and the continued development of our services and technology offerings
*Proven Account Management or other relevant experience
*Demonstrable ability to communicate with, present to and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation
*3+ years' experience in Account Management
*Familiarity with IT Service Delivery concepts, practices and procedures
*Knowledge of IT Security, Cloud and 'as-a-Service' offerings
