Generate the Production according to schedule
Ensure the schedule is balanced to maximise output and productivity.
Ensure Customer committed dates are achieved.
Prioritise and proactively manage issues that may arise to minimise the negative impact on Production Schedule.
Liaise with Managers to ensure that products are ready to be transported on time.
Proactively communicate with the Warehouse and Quality team to ensure critical incoming orders are prioritised
Proactively react to machine downtime and work accordingly.
Highlight orders that have been held up in Work in Progress and liaise with the relevant department to derive a resolution.
Ensure orders are released from Finished goods locations on time.
Maintain Lean Principles within Plant.
At least 2 year's experience required working in a similar position.
Experience working in a (CNC / manufacturing) background is highly advantageous
High level of written & spoken English
