*Provide administrative support to the managing director
*Extensive diary and calendar management
*Organize travel arrangements
*Prepare agendas and documents for on site meetings and conference calls
*Assist with correspondence
*Preparation of presentations
*2-3 Years proven experience in a similar role
*Superb Microsoft Office Skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
*Highly professional approach to work
*Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
