Adecco on behalf of our client are now recruiting for a Sales Administrator. This is a full-time temporary role with an immediate start.

Your main responsibilities will be to assist in the smooth operation of this manufacturing company by working with the team ensuring all sales administration is kept up to date.

The successful candidate's position will be to work on some of our company's prestigious accounts, ensuring all guidelines are adhered to in reference to the way orders are taken, processed and dispatched, ensuring orders our within the given times.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Communicating with clients regularly and updating on changes when needed
Keep detailed records of all information relevant to the order
Use computer systems to manage dispatch schedules, record delivery details, etc.
Record any delivery problems and ensure that the customer and sales team are made aware at the time of notification.
Liaise with wider teams such as production, sales, accounts and dispatch

Ability to work in a very busy distribution environment
Experience in a previous administration/logistics/order processing role
Confident using bespoke and well know Microsoft packages
Excellent communication and organisation skills
Ability to work in a pressure & dynamic setting
