HR EMEA Project Manager Dublin Contract
HR EMEA Project Manager Dublin Contract 12 Months. My client a leading global name in their respected industry is in urgent need of a talented and experienced HR EMEA Project Manager to join them on a contract basis for 12 months.
You will manage large multi-country HR project for the EMEA Region, throughout project phases: planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure/delivery. You will Coordinate cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity, which bring distinct, specific projects to completion on time and within budget and expectations. You will be expected to define, develop, organise and document HR project plan based on overall global project objectives and inclusive of cross-functional inputs (RHR, C&B, Legal, HR Ops, TMSD, Finance, IT, Tax, Procurement). You will Monitor key projects from initiation through delivery. Track action items, influence stakeholders and escalate where necessary to ensure project deliverables, timelines and budgets are met. Host kick-off, check-ins, and post project review meetings. Centrally document and store key material and governance documents. Conduct meetings, update and present to key stakeholders, ensuring all project information is updated in a timely manner.
Successful candidates will have excellent project management ability, with skills & experience in planning, defining scope, activity planning and sequencing, developing schedules, creating charts, time estimates, documentation, risk analysis, monitoring and reporting progress. You will have HR Functional process knowledge, HR project delivery (multi-country), and HR system deployment is desirable. You will be an effective communicator with strong presentation skills and ability to present to senior leadership levels. You will have an ability to ask penetrating questions, detect unstated assumptions and resolve conflicts, as well as more general management skills. You will have experience in business partnering, working with large cross functional team and vendor management. You will have proven ability to lead and conduct meetings involving multiple cross functional stakeholders, influence and promote ideas upwards. Candidates will have 8+ years project management and/or EMEA HR B58 experience and Business degree in HRM is desired, and a PMP certification would be an advantage.
