Customer Query Handler
*Log and acknowledge all queries coming into the business
*Constructing accurate, detailing and appropriate response to customer complaints
*Conduct in depth investigations into all aspects of the customer complaint
*Work with deadlines to targets, key performance indicators and adhere fully to business SLA's
*Ensure feedback is provided to the correct departments
*Ensure the customer is kept up to date with the progress of their complaint
*Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills
*Experience working in an office environment
*A background in a query resolution role
*Have superb customer service skills
*SAP is desirable but not essential
