Our Client undertakes projects throughout Ireland and the UK from offices in Dublin, Cork, Limerick and London and are a leading company in major infrastructure, commercial and industrial facilities. This role will be based in Clondalkin, South Dublin.
This person will require the ability to manage their own time, work to deadlines and produce a high standard of quality in their work. You will have strong communication, IT and organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a dynamic team.

Duties of the Role:
*Maintenance and processing of all paperwork on site including delivery dockets and stores issues.
*Updating of our Companies ERP system which controls Asset related data.
*Populating and issue of weekly and monthly reports.
*Electronic filing of all Plant department records.
*Checking of Invoices against accruals.
*Providing general administration support to plant department.
*Ad hoc duties as required by the site manager
Skills/Experience Required for the Role:
*Exceptional PC skills and excellent working knowledge of Microsoft suite essential.
*Be detail-oriented with the desire to achieve excellence through your own
*Exceptional organisational skills
*Good problem-solving skills.
*Ability to work on their own and also as part of a team.
*Ability to work well under pressure and within a strict deadline environment.
