We are currently recruiting for a Candidate Consultant to support our growing Dublin based recruitment team with regards to administration, coordination and candidate management.

-Be the operational arm of our recruitment team: on the front-line, servicing one of the world's largest Tech companies.
-In this high-volume and fast-paced role, you will be in touch with candidates/associates and play an integral role in the on-boarding process.
-Support our payroll team regarding timesheet collection and data entry
-Manage and keep our and our clients' CRM systems updated
- You will partner with Recruiters to deliver a candidate/associate centric on-boarding experience, owning all practical and logistical elements of the on-boarding process.
-Resolving or escalating payroll queries, reference checking, booking travel for our associates, process expenses, etc.
-The complexity and scale of the role requires a cool head, expert judgement and superior attention to detail.
-The ability to stay focused and follow-through on tasks, whilst managing multiple moving parts is critical to success.
-You will often be our associates' first and/or most frequent point of contact, and as such, it is critical to deliver high-touch and thoughtful interactions; anticipating their needs, personalising your communication and having a bit of fun along the way!
-You will be a true team player and build relationships with our teams and associates

-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as an ability to operate with urgency and prioritize multiple functions and tasks.
-Balance of creativity and drive, along with strong relationship and rapport building skills.
-Comfort with reporting and basic analytics.
-Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment.
-Ability to work under pressure and solve real-time problems independently.
-Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
-Preferred: Experience in recruitment based administrative tasks, such as expense reimbursement, arranging travel, timesheet management
