Customer Service Agent - Contract
- Respond to new and existing customers via phone and e-mail, taking sales orders and processing the order within a SLA
- Contact existing and lapsed customers via outbound calls to process orders
- Ask questions to identify customer needs
- Maximise Sale Targets
-Build and maintain relationships with existing customers
You will need:
*Proven Experience in a Customer Service Role
*Strong MS Office skills and typing skills
*Excellent Phone manner
*Professional approach and can do attitude
*Must be flexible
*Ability to proactively manage tasks
*Excellent organisational skills
*Data Entry experience
*Strong work ethic
