Inventory Control Analyst Contract Limerick 6-12 Months. My client a leading global firm is urgent need of a talented and experienced Inventory analyst to join them on a contract basis for 6-12 months
You will be required to review daily inventory reports from my clients Oracle system and their 3rd party logistics (3PL) partners. You will identify variances between both data sets; conduct analysis to root cause the source of these discrepancies. You will proactively communicates on delayed reports/data sets, or issues affecting ability to conduct daily work effectively. You will maintain an up to date action log of root cause steps with IT and 3PLs. You will Use good judgement and initiative to prioritise and trouble-shoot discrepancies effectively; develop and enhance a set of work instructions as knowledge is built. You will submit recommended actions to clear variances, to an agreed SLA. You will conduct trend analysis identifying major issues and their root causes. You will establish effective working relationships with multiple business partners, holding them accountable to resolve open issues and provide timely updates.These roles will be office-based, supporting EMEA working hours.
Essential Requirements candidates will be Self-starters, able to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced multinational environment, interacting with multiple business partners. You will have an Analytical approach; able to perform queries on multiple applications, identify trends and anomalies with data and draw accurate conclusions. You will have experience with Microsoft Office/Excel spreadsheet preparation and analysis. It would be seen as a nice to have if you had experience with inventory control practices, Experience with the Oracle, SAP or other ERP system, any experience of warehousing, fulfilment and logistics operations.
