Administration - Dublin City
Location: Dublin City Centre
Salary: €28,000 - €32,000
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experience Administrator to work in the Dublin City Office. The ideal candidate for this position will need to have previous administration and client facing experience. The successful candidate will act as the main point of contact for all Administration tasks and act as support for the Team.
*Responsible for the smooth running of the administration function within the office
*Prepare the agenda for the office weekly meeting and minute taking
*Act as point of contact for queries from client requests
*Liaise with the Partner in respect of any maintenance issues and deal with contractors
*Manage the meeting rooms including
*Monitor the order off all office supplies
*Process all the incoming and outgoing post and couriers, including scanning and filing into internal systems
*Front Desk Cover
*Meet & Greet visitors to the office
*Give new starters a full office induction to include all health and safety matters, new starter passes etc
