*Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of operations.
*Management of the company budget and sales targets in coordination of the director.
*Supervise and coach operations staff on an on-going basis
*Responsibility for marketing activities, articles and website content, case studies and managing yearly marketing plans.
*Client proposals and quotations
*Responsibility for new business development and sales analysis.
*Supporting the MD in achieving Sales Targets
*Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with client and the company's management team and staff
*Client account and project management
*Assist and conduct company audits
*Ensure the MD is kept informed of all activities and key issues through regular reports and contacts.
Key Criteria Required:
*At least 3-4 Years proven experience in an office management or operations manager role
*Proven Management and team building skills
*IT Proficient - All aspects of Microsoft office suite.
*Project Management Experience
*Experience working in a fast-paced environment
*Excellent people manager
*Ability to look at situations from several points of view
