Team Administrator

We are currently seeking a Team Administrator to join our Client's Tax Department. This role involves supporting their Tax Partners and involvement in administration with a large Tax team. The candidate should be enthusiastic and passionate about delivering the highest standard of service. This is a permanent full time contract.

Responsibilities include:

· Billing, invoicing and time recording system to be updated on a monthly and quarterly basis

· Providing support for client billing enquiries and fee recovery

· Preparation of reports, tender documents and presentations

· Tracking the on-boarding process for new clients and involvement in the obtaining of AML documentation

· Assisting with process improvement across the Tax support function

· PA work for Director: Diary management and travel arrangements

· General office duties (answering phone, filing, archiving, opening post etc.)

Experience, Skills and Qualifications Needed:

· Previous administration experience including knowledge of billing would be an advantage but not essential

· Conscientious about deadlines with excellent organisational ability

· Ability to deal with and prioritise multiple tasks

· Ability to work on own initiative

· Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel (in particular Pivot Tables) & Outlook an advantage
