You will be supporting Business to Business and Business to Consumer clients.

Experience Required:

* Excellent customer service skills
Fluency in French and English are required
* Experience in a similar role with B2B or B2C
* Computer literate: experience with SAP or Oracle or Salesforce
* Ability to take ownership of issues / tasks and follow through without supervision
* Ability to work as part of a team with strong customer service focus
* Excellent problem solving
* Relevant third level qualifications very advantageous
