Customer Excellence Advisor
As a Customer Excellence Representative, you will identify and understand customer needs, ensuring a positive outcome first time by delivering a market leading customer excellence.
˃Identify and understand customer needs in order to provide a consistently high-quality service and effectively cross-sell company products and services to enhance the customer experience and increase their retention
˃Follow clear instructions and guidelines to investigate, resolve and process high volume customer enquiries to deliver customer value at first point of contact
˃Provide accurate information on products and services to ensure consistency across the organisation and provide a reliable and trustworthy customer service
˃Deliver customer outcomes that meet company values and commitment to treating customers fairly
˃Understand and adhere to the company and department standards, policies and procedures
It would be great to see candidates with:
˃A genuine passion for delivering Service Excellence; focused on delivering internal and external customer satisfaction
˃Effective customer relationship skills
˃Ability to communicate with customers via different mediums including exemplary written and verbal communication
˃Confidence and creditability with the ability to articulate in a clear and concise manner
˃Remain composed and professional when dealing with challenging customers
˃Attention to detail and ability to focus on the task at hand without being distracted
˃Experience in Microsoft Office/CRM
