M&A Project Manager Contract Dublin 6 Months. My client a global firm is in urgent need due to a customer project of a talented and experienced M&A (mergers and Acquisitions) Project Manager to join them on a contract basis.

My client is looking for a Project management to support the ongoing acquisition integration activities. This individual should have a solid experience in program/project management, a strong business acumen, ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, proficient in written and oral communications, driven in approach, quick thinker, ability to understand strategic objectives of the integration, strong organisation skills, can assist with driving actions to closure and relationship building skills. M&A integration experience preferred, IT Strategy and architecture experience, focus on Go to Market (GTM) functions. Manufacturing experience is a plus.

My client will need someone with PM, IT strategy & Architecture, M&A and Manufacturing (can be aviation/automobile/engines manufacturing etc.) experience. This is not just a PM role as this architecture experience is important in a M&A scenario.This person will be helping us growing the team on ground so would need someone with the right experience and maturity. The person should be willing to travel to EMEA locations (esp. Germany) for customer meetings.If the person knows German, that would be a plus but it's not a showstopper.

Key Job Responsibilities to include- Project management support for ongoing and new acquisition integration's. Align on priorities and support M&A integration requires. You will have Experience of IT Strategy and Architecture is mandatory. You will Prepare for weekly cadence, support meeting proceedings, take actions, and circulate meeting notes. Define the project iterations strategy. Manage and evaluate iterations. Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Plan, including the configuration management, risk management, project measurement, and quality management plans.
