The key focus for this role is to provide a professional Front of House and Facility Management service. To be a point of contact for all employees, Clients and Service Partners.
Will be responsible for managing a diverse workload, will demand strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
Advanced communication skills will be needed to be able to comfortably engage with a variety of people, across all corporate levels both internally and externally in a professional manner.
*You will facilitate and manage the delivery of specific Front of House and Facility Management services within the company. Providing a positive, professional and seamless link between the various supply partner teams, employees and their clients.
*Arrange and co-ordinate regular catered board meetings.
*Take responsibility for contributing towards one's own development with the guidance of the line-manager and attending necessary training courses.
Front of House-70%:
oMeet and greet visitors.
oManage main Switchboard and Reception mailbox.
oArrange couriers, visitor parking, visitor desks, taxi bookings, Wi-Fi access.
oAssist in printing/binding/ preparing meeting materials.
oManage daily post, delivery and prepare for collection.
oManage/order stationery and catering supplies.
oPerform ad-hoc work and provide additional assistance to teams as required.
Hospitality/Catering/Meeting Organization (40%)
oOrganize and prepare meetings and events.
oCoordinate and book meeting rooms.
oSet up refreshments and catering for meetings including clean-up.
oAssist with AV set up.
oManage office facilities and ensure the office is always kept in order.
oArrange repairs of office equipment using Corrigo to successfully complete workorders within SLA and compliance.
oLiaise with building contractors regarding new or ongoing facility related jobs. Track them accordingly and report back with relevant updates.
oNew joiner orientation; desk allocation, set up.
oLiaise with security, arranging access cards for new starters and visitors.
oManage statistical information and analysis. Complete and file all paperwork and information generated by the above.
oEnsure compliance with facilities company and the site Health & Safety processes and procedures, including internal and external audits.
oTake on additional responsibilities from time to time as deemed necessary by the site.

*2 years' experience working within a Front of House/Reception environment, ideally gained within a corporate or 5 Star hotel environment.
*Computer Literate. Proficiency to learn new computer systems, already having experience and strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
*Good written and verbal communication.
*Excellent time management and organisational skills.
*Ability to react quickly and decisively when faced with a problem or issue.
*Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
