This role will involve;
Assisting the Service manager with the running of a busy service department
Liaising with engineers to ensure jobs are being dealt with in a timely fashion within warranty
Chasing return parts from engineers and customers
Inputting claims and orders on to the companies internal SAP based management systems and account manage until the claim or order has been completed
Liaising with customers in relation to service and warranties
Assisting with invoicing
Liaising with suppliers and manufacturers
The successful candidate will;
Previous systems experience would be beneficial
Excellent communication skills
Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
Ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders confidently
Ability to work on their own initiative
Experience with machinery or within the automotive industry would be beneficial
