This is an exciting opportunity working with a global organization, to work in the sales department, promoting this world-class brand' portfolio of exciting products to small and medium-large businesses.
We are currently seeking Sales Development Representatives with fluent English and (Flemish or Dutch) to join our team in Dublin 4. Our client is the market leader, with offices that many people can only dream of working in!
You will be passionate, energetic and motivated to cultivate lasting customer relationships by acquiring new customers and managing these relationships in the early stages. How exciting!
*BA/BS degree or equivalent strong practical experience
*Ability to speak and write in English and (Flemish or Dutch) fluently and idiomatically.
*Sales or marketing experience is a distinct advantage
*Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
*Demonstrable experience in communicating clearly with C-levels and decision makers
*Ability to work towards short term goals
*Working in a fast pace scaled environment
*Relevant knowledge/ experience in advertising/ sales/ marketing/ business development within traditional & online media landscape
Principle Duties & Responsibilities
Your strong interest in sales and the digital economy, entrepreneurial drive and expert product knowledge will help advertisers to expand their businesses with the latest advertising products and solutions. You listen to your customer's needs, understand the details of individual campaigns and explore and uncover business opportunities for your customers:
*Deliver against assigned targets, while prioritizing customer base, delivering outstanding results and reaching for ambitious performance goals.
*Strategically reaching out to potential medium to large advertisers.
*Working with a wide variety of businesses, understanding and effectively questioning each business's marketing needs
*Working as a team with your Account Executives to build business strategy for the market and develop marketing solutions to potential clients.
*Effectively managing your sales pipeline and develop a strategy for long-term sustained success.
*Spotting the best opportunities by consistently learning and developing your market and customer relationships so that you recognise the high potential clients amongst them

*Excellent hours: Monday-Friday with market specific shifts
