About the role:
We are seeking exceptional, talented and innovative Recruitment Coordination Administrators to deliver first-class administrative support for our clients EU Recruitment Team.
In this role you must be able to multitask, work independently, take a hands-on approach, pay high attention to detail and interface effectively with candidates and business leaders at all levels.
You will cover all senior administrative tasks during a recruitment process from beginning to end.
You'll need outstanding communication skills, professional interpersonal skills, and the ability to function in an innovative environment.

Your tasks will include:
*Supporting the recruitment team in the administration of the complete application management process for open roles
*Being the first point of contact for all candidates.
*Scheduling high numbers of meetings (incorporating recruitment stakeholders from countries worldwide), travel bookings
*Communication with candidates, providing interview support and updating them on their application
*Excellent written and spoken business skills and an ability to compose grammatically correct, concise and accurate written & verbal responses
*Strong organisational skills
*Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues correctly and clearly to both internal and external customers
*Demonstrated ability to work independently
*Excellent problem-solving skills
*Demonstrated ability to exceed expectations with regard to performance and individual contribution
*Fluency in English and at least one of the following languages is a plus German, French, Italian, Spanish and Polish
*Previous experience in working in large international teams
*Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel along with other internal systems
*The roles are home based working remotely via video and conference calling technology
*Training will be provided
*Hours of work are 40 hours per week in office hours
