With Brexit inevitable and fast approaching, my client is looking to bring on board a Regulatory Change Advisor to join their Compliance team in London.



The successful candidate will be responsible for advising on and leading the new regulatory framework for their UK operations.



This involves:

The continued assessment of current and emerging regulation and the impact on the business,
The on-going assessment of the compliance framework of policies and procedures
The provision of regulatory advice and regulatory training to associates as necessary
Experience of working within a Compliance function in an advisory capacity - preferably Investment Management but would look at people from Asset Management.
Extensive knowledge and experience of FCA regulations and Handbook.
Ability to communicate with internal stakeholders - this is critical and will need to be demonstrated in interview.
Experience in liaising with internal teams to develop and implement new processes and policies in ensure effective compliance with changing regulatory landscapes.


This is a senior role within the team and will be reporting directly into the EMEA Director of Compliance (based in London).
