My client is a market leader in Quality Monitoring and has a cloud based tool which business use to support their needs.

My client is looking for a energetic customer success executive to join their team.

Location: Dublin City Centre / WFH

Key Tasks

Build and manage successful client relationships. Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients.
Onboard new clients, and deliver on-going product training/refresh sessions to ensure our clients are getting maximum value from the platform.
Creation of client education material and online Knowledge Base area for customers to self-educate.
Manage ad-hoc projects to innovate on current processes and add value to the business.
Monitor usage trends, spot opportunities and identify and mitigate risk of churn
Promoting additional modules or elements to existing customers, in order to maximise the revenue potential.
Keeping up to date with new products and services within company

Experience Required

2-3 years' experience working in a customer support or customer success role,
Experience building and managing customer relationships.
