The group will offer the new joiner a chance for direct client contact, the opportunity to mentor and develop more junior associates and long term progression is possible for those that are willing to put the work in. Although the group focuses primarily on contentious construction matters, there will also be the opportunity to carry out some non-contentious work and candidates with a mixed background will be considered. Those from strong regional practices, in addition to City firms, will be considered.
