Customer Service Administrator
Due to continued growth and expansion a vacancy has arisen for a Customer Service Administrator who will form an integral part of our client's service team.
The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering positive customer experiences through managing the quotations, ordering and the sales process.
Specific duties of the role include:
*Processing of quotation, orders and sales in effective manner
*Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions
*Maintains customer records by updating account information
*Experienced in working in a fast-paced office environment
*Commercially savvy with a proven track record to acquire new business opportunities through a mixture of inbound and outbound leads
*Must be organised and comfortable with maintenance of key information on all accounts
*Effectively managing a customer base and accurately report progress
*Working closely with the operations and delivery team to provide customers with a seamless operational service
*Resolve customer queries in an efficient manner to maximise the customers experience
*Handling of a high volume of queries from customers both over the phone and by email
*Develop and maintain excellent relationships with existing and new customers
*Very strong administration skills essential
*Attention to detail combined with analytical skills
*Team player with excellent communication skills
*Excellent organisational skills
*Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
