Legal 500 practice seeking to recruit for a Residential Conveyancer in the Ipswich region to join a highly reputable department.
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers or Legal Executives with a minimum of two year's PQE within the Residential Conveyancing sector. You been able to handle a caseload from start to finish and ideal have exposure to sale & purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, lease extensions, re-mortgaging, equity release and transfer of equity.
Candidates should have an excellent background within the Residential Property sector, be diligent, able to work on own initiative and able to handle clients in a highly professional manner.
