Location: City West
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Part-Time Customer Service Role, this role is doing to start asap and the ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience.
Main Duties:
*Act as point of contact for Customers
*Taking inbound calls and e-mail queries
*Updating customers booking information on the system
*Provide the caller with the relevant information
*Follow up with any adhoc administration task
