IT Support Officer
You will be joining a busy team, of which you will be providing customer facing support for users across the organisation.
Your time will be split between helping staff member sand resolving tickets, as well as being involved in project work for the department
Providing support for users face to face and remotely, you ideally must have experience working in Small teams, potentially having experience being the only member of a support team
you must have experience with
-Office 365 suite
-MS Dynamics SUpport
-Working within a service desk environment
-Working in an ITIL environment
You will initially need to be on site 3 days a week, of which will move into 1 day a week further into the contract
