Java (Python) Developer Contract Dublin

Java (Python) Developer Contract 6-18 Months Dublin. My client a leading global name in their space is in urgent need of a talented and experienced Java/Python Developer to join them on a contract basis for 6 months but with potential to roll up to 18 months.

Successful candidates will have 5+ years of commercial experience in Java and Python/C#, C++ OO programming language with design patterns. Java with Python experience is preferred. You will have strong database development experience, preferably with DB2 or SQL Server/Sybase/Oracle experience. You will have the Ability to work with React and GIT a plus. Experience in developing high performance server-side applications dealing with very large volumes of data. You will have Server-side development experience, Extensive database development experience and Experience with different SDLCs - Agile/Scrum etc. Previous experience in banking/finance sector an advantage, but not essential and Experience / Understanding of Market Risk and Value at Risk an advantage, but not essential.
