Residential Property Sales Executive + Residential Property Sales Administrator (2 roles)

We are looking for 2 individuals with residential property sales or sales administration experience to join an established housing association as their Property Sales Executive + Property Sales Administrator. You will be joining an established team and organisation and bringing your experience and valued input to help grow the department.

Both roles will be very customer and client focused, guiding them through the process of buying a new build property, or through staircasing, resales and other resident option processes. The property sales will be focused on shared ownership, so knowledge of this tenure would be great, though good residential property sales or admin experience will definitely be considered. The property portfolio covers central west, north west and south west London and currently you will be based from home but with occasional travel to properties and the office as required.

On a day to day basis, both these roles will be involved in processing all new leads and enquiries to help customers with their options, providing high levels of customer service. Additionally, they will be proactively progressing new build sales to ensure properties are sold in a timely manner and completed in line with targets and procedures. We are looking for proactive and hardworking individuals who are passionate about property. To be successful in your application to either of these roles you will have a can-do attitude, enjoy working as part of a small but fun team, and have excellent customer services skills where you enjoy going the extra mile.

Some of your day to day activities will also involve:
*Pro-actively calling through leads to keep up to date with all enquiries
*Advising customers on their options and progressing sales
*Updating marketing material and websites
*Managing and updating the sale database
*Working closely with development and property teams
*Reviewing processes and procedures to improve customer satisfaction

Attitude is key in these roles, and a team players who are keen to get involved is what we are looking for. Additionally, you will need to demonstrate experience of:
*the mortgage market, conveyancing requirements and the conveyancing process from reservation to completion
*sales negotiation and process, including sales triggers and closing a property sale
*presenting sales reporting, across multiple sites
